Warranty Coverage

All products sold on ABEER AL SHOOQ include a minimum 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Select items — screens, keyboards, batteries — may carry up to 12 months as stated on the product page.

Warranty starts from the date of delivery confirmed by our courier partner's tracking record.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Premature component failure under normal use
  • Dead pixels on screens (more than 5 dead pixels)
  • Battery not holding charge from day of delivery
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) — reported within 48 hours of delivery

What's NOT Covered

  • Physical damage, drops, or mishandling after delivery
  • Water, liquid, or moisture damage
  • Damage from improper installation or incompatible use
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or tampered seals
  • Products without original invoice / order number

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number
  2. Share photos or a short video showing the defect
  3. Our technical team reviews and responds within 24 business hours
  4. Ship the item to our Nehru Place service centre (return shipping covered for approved claims)
  5. Replacement or repair dispatched within 5 business days after inspection

Replacement vs Repair

Where stock is available, we prefer a like-for-like replacement. If the exact SKU is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent compatible part or store credit — with your approval.
